
Leveraging advanced MEMS chip technology, we have successfully created what is currently the smallest and fastest droplet formation chip in the field of droplet generation. This chip shows a very significant advantage, especially in droplet generation capability. It can form more than 500,000 droplets from just 20 microliters of sample, an astonishing number that far exceeds the 20,000 to 30,000 droplets generated by current traditional methods. In this way, it can easily achieve smaller and more droplet generation, providing more delicate operation possibilities for many application scenarios.
At the same time, this chip is made based on semiconductor processes, and its stability is extremely high. When forming small droplets, the uniformity of the droplets is also quite excellent. Whether in scientific research or industrial production, this high uniformity can ensure the accuracy of experimental results and the reliability of the production process. Moreover, the droplet size of the chip can be customized within the range of 5 to 30 picoliters, meeting the specific needs of different users for droplet size. In addition, it also has a very important advantage, which is that it does not require external air pressure. This feature makes the chip more convenient to use, not limited by external air pressure conditions, and can stably and efficiently function in both laboratory environments and actual production sites.
