    The high-throughput single cell dispensing and printing system independently developed by Aurefluidics Technology adopts the jet print head manufactured by CMOS-MEMS standard process. It has the advantages of high throughput, high precision, multi materials and high reliability. It can realize applications such as accurate single-cell printing and pico-liter droplet operation. It has good biological compatibility and the survival rate of printing cells exceeds 90%. Modular control system and software interface, with programmable process and automatic operation ability, flexibility and efficiency; It has a complete secondary development interface, which can facilitate system optimization and platform docking.

    MIMICUP微流控细胞培养板的特殊插拔式细胞培养小杯设计利于使用者操作与高通量设计,

    左侧为其侧视结构图。培养小室底部带有高分子多孔膜(0.45um孔径)与特殊密封层设计,

    前者提供多细胞三维立体共培养支架,后者在细胞培养版安装完成后可形成用于动态灌流培养的密封流道,

    本产品带有4个独立通道,每个独立通道上有6个培养小室,

    可做为复孔或是多器官连通模型使用。

    ACMS 1000

     

    ACMS 1000 3D仿生模型(类器官)构建系统是一种高精度生物打印机,

    利用先进的液滴控制技术进行精细的细胞打印,可实现液滴里的单细胞打印控制。

    藉由在合适的ECM表面(如基质Matrigel)接种定量的细胞群落阵列,

    经过一定周期细胞三维培养后这些细胞群落能在ECM表面生长成粒径均一的标准化细胞阵列。

    根据用户的构建需求ACMS 1000能够通过程序自动调整细胞群落的大小、个数及种类分布,

    进而实现模型构建的高精度控制。

     

    The ACMS 1000 3D biomimetic model (organoid) construction system is a high-precision biological printer.

    By utilizing advanced droplet control technology for precise cell printing, single cell printing control in droplets can be achieved.

    By inoculating a quantitative cell community array on a suitable ECM surface (such as matrix), after a certain period of three-dimensional cell culture, these cell communities can grow into standardized cell arrays with uniform particle sizes on the surface of ECM.

    ACMS 1000 can automatically adjust the size, number, and species distribution of cell communities through programs based on user construction requirements,

    Thus achieving high-precision control of model construction.
